CTO, Aspiria Motors
Anamika Chowdhury is the Chief Technology Officer at Aspiria Motors, bringing a rare blend of deep scientific expertise and strategic industry experience to lead the company’s technological vision.
An expert in physics-based multi-scale modeling, plasma process development, and machine learning/statistical tools, Anamika drives innovation at the intersection of advanced materials, clean energy, and intelligent automotive systems.
Her research during her Ph.D. at UC Berkeley focused on transport processes in polymer-electrolyte fuel-cell catalyst layers, quantifying the impact of material properties on performance — work that directly supports Aspiria Motors’ pioneering efforts in hydrogen fuel technology. As part of the U.S. Department of Energy's Fuel-Cell Performance and Durability Consortium, she collaborated closely with industry leaders and national laboratories, giving her valuable insight into real-world applications of emerging technologies.
Before entering research, Anamika gained business acumen as a project manager in the Business Development and Strategy team at Abbott India Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.

Aditya A. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aspiria Motors, an ambitious automotive startup focused on clean energy, intelligent systems, and driver-centered innovation. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University — a member of the elite Russell Group — Aditya combines strong academic grounding with forward-thinking leadership in the rapidly evolving mobility space.
Under his direction, Aspiria Motors is developing breakthrough technologies, including hydrogen-powered vehicles with swappable fuel pod systems, significantly reducing refueling times and eliminating the need for traditional infrastructure. His vision goes beyond clean energy — he’s integrating AI-driven health and wellness assistants into vehicles, tackling real-life challenges like posture fatigue, irregular routines, and driver stress through smart, responsive in-car support.
Aditya’s leadership bridges engineering precision with user-focused design. His work also explores autonomous driving, transparent heads-up displays, extended reality (XR) features, and AI-powered personalization — building vehicles that are intelligent, adaptive, and aligned with the modern driver’s lifestyle.
